Youth Mental Health First Aid Training
Evidence-based and nationally accredited training course for adults who support teenagers and young adults.
Youth Mental Health First Aid is a nationally accredited training program that teaches adults how to recognise the signs of mental health problems in young people, start a supportive conversation, and connect them with professional help early. This course is fundamental for a parent, teacher, youth worker, employer, sports coaches... simply, any adult who supports a young person!
Meet Claudia Ricciotti
Registered Clinical Counsellor & Licensed Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor-
I support my clients to become the person they want to be through healing their past, changing their relationship with themselves, and having better relationships around them. Often, my clients are stuck in a pattern of unhelpful thoughts, living a life they don’t want to live, or doing things that don’t align with their values.
Change (even small change) is essential to becoming the person they want to be - nothing changes if nothing changes. I meet my clients where they are, support to learn where they want to be, and guide them towards that person.
